Usage is subject to your subscription tier's credit allocation.
Rate limits apply to prevent abuse and ensure fair access.

7. Disclaimers

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. Always verify important information.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
AetherIA is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings panel.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
